SnakeBake — Privacy Policy

SnakeBake ("the game") is operated by InfoaSH UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data is collected when you play SnakeBake and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

Automatically collected (Unity Gaming Services)

• Anonymous user ID — a random UUID generated on first launch. Not linked to your name, email, or Apple/Google account.
• Gameplay events — level start, level fail, gacha spin, tutorial completion. Used to understand difficulty balance and improve the game.
• In-app purchase events — product ID and gem amount when a purchase completes. Used to verify receipts and grant in-game currency.
• Ad events — ad load success/failure, estimated revenue. Used to measure ad fill rate and total ad revenue.

Cloud Save (Unity Gaming Services)

Your game progress (Gold, Gems, bakery upgrade levels, gacha collection) is synced to Unity's cloud save service using your anonymous user ID. No personally identifiable information is stored.

Advertising (Unity LevelPlay / IronSource)

SnakeBake shows optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads via Unity LevelPlay. The LevelPlay SDK may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing your IDFA.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email address, or any account credentials
• Your location
• Your contacts, photos, or microphone
• Any data from children under 13 (the game is not directed at children under 13)

3. Third-Party Services

• Unity Gaming Services (UGS) — analytics, cloud save, authentication. Privacy policy: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Unity LevelPlay (IronSource) — ad mediation. Privacy policy: ironsrc.com/privacy-policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases. Their privacy policies apply to payment processing.

4. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Cloud save data is retained while your game is installed or until you request deletion. Advertising identifiers follow platform-level retention rules.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we only store anonymous UUIDs and gameplay events, the primary way to delete your data is to contact us at the address below and we will remove your anonymous user ID from our records.

6. Children

SnakeBake is rated 4+ / Everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the game's features change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance.
